What are motivational or ministry gifts?

Motivational gifts are those traits, motivations, and characteristics that are done without any forethought.  It is a supernatural and natural instinct, drive, or motivation that causes us to behave and respond characteristically under most conditions, settings, or situations.

From the Webster's dictionary,
·Attributes are qualities or inherent characteristics.
·Endowments develop when one is equipped with a talent or invested with unique
characteristics.
·Faculties are inherent (inborn) abilities that allows one to perform well in a given activity,
task, situation, or circumstance using special skills, occupation, or trade.
·Gratuities are material gifts and favor.
·Qualifications are any qualities, accomplishments, and abilities that suit a person to a
specific position or task.

Our motivational gifts predispose us to go in a particular direction, path, career, or vocation.

In the Bible, one verse about motivational gifts is found in Romans 12:3,6-8.

What is a ministry gift?

A ministry gift is given by God to benefit Christians and the unsaved.  People using their ministry gifts equip, teach, train, and lead others so that the kingdom of God is, enlarged, built, and edified.Ephesians 4:11-12
